Really good Culinary Experience

I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, and it was by far the best restaurant I've ever visited in the Drakensberg! The head chef even visited our table, showcasing his passion for food, and it absolutely reflected in the dishes. Our waiters, MBali and Phethile, provided excellent service, especially with the kids, enhancing our family-friendly experience. I highly recommend trying the chef's specials – simply amazing!

Great Family Activities

The resort offers a fantastic range of children's amenities, including an adventure golf course and a well-kept play area. My kids had a blast with the nighttime putt-putt, and there were numerous activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay. Even as a non-golfing family, we found something enjoyable for everyone here!

Comfortable and Modern Room

I stayed in a Superior Double Room, and it was exquisite! The modern decor and cleanliness were impressive. I especially loved the little coffee station in the room, which made mornings good. The air conditioning was a great bonus, along with the lovely views right from my window. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Relaxing Spa Experience

I had a fantastic experience at Gooderson Monks Cowl Golf Resort. The beautiful surroundings truly enhanced our 40th anniversary celebration. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making every moment enjoyable. The only downside was that we didn’t get enough time to utilize all the wonderful facilities. Overall, we left with fond memories and a desire to return soon!

It’s a great place for a stopover, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
